Hello family and friends,
We have some new praises and updates as we settle in here near Nashville. After a fairly uneventful couple days of travel we arrived in Atlanta where we spent some restful and quality time with the team at Renew World Outreach. The family was so grateful for the hospitality they showed us! Feeling rested we headed to my parents place in TN.
New update
We will be heading to Grand Rapids, Mi in about a week to send off Tobiah to his new life and adventures. It is for sure bitter sweet and getting more and more difficult to process. In the last update we informed you that our location had been canceled and we asked for prayer of a new space to stay as a family while moving Tobiah. God answered and we were offered a wonderful place near Tobiah. Thank you for your prayers on this!
Update 2
We asked you to pray for Jaidan and his opportunity to attend a worship -creatives camp in North Carolina in July. The process for him began in prayer and waiting over a year ago. God has walked him through the process of patience and yesterday he received an email confirming his admission! Jaidan is feeling greatful and relieved. He can now exhale and prepare his heart for what God might have in store form him in this new experience. This will also open the door for Carla and I to be able and go through some debriefing and quality time with just Gideon. God is working things out for sure. We just need to be flexible and grateful it seems.
Final Updates:
Carla is about to begin her last class to complete the Masters program. Praise God! We don't know where those funds (about $2,800) will come from yet. Please continue to pray for that. She will graduate before we head to Moz.
Arizona- IS going to be a quick stop after all! Carla has some appointments that need to be done there. We will be there from June 29-July 9
-Our family will be staying near 19th ave & Deer Valley for those wanting to pop by or grab a quick coffee or tea and chat.
-June 30 we will be serving with the Carefree Vineyard community, which might be a great time to catch up!
-July 7 we will be sharing at Hope Church and would love to seee you there. (There is fellowship and food time aftere service as well)
-We will be trying to set up a mid week early evening event as well, so stay tuned.
Finally, Tobiah
Tobiah has set up a paypal account and gearing up to apply for jobs and settle in with his new community in Grand Rapids. If you would like to reach out and pray or bless him as he starts his new calling, he would love to hear from you!
